Can anyone share with me their experiences in getting the second signatory for the client account effected? I heard some rumblings that it was not so easy to get this done but I am not sure what the problem was. The last thing I want to do is waste time getting the procedure wrong and wasting the second signatory's time. Appreciate any guidance from someone who has been through the process.
